 Everything in the capitol of the United Staes of America will break along lines of the parties in some way. There is always a definition of liberal or conservative to everything in Washington D.C. and that goes for the two newspapers as well.

The Washington Times is considered a more conservative offering, with The Washington Post thought of by many as liberal. It may be best if you read both to get a comprehensive take on what really is going on at the center of the United Staes government.
